The towers were developed individual housing units to conserve variety and unit scale. The housing units are then connected in a modular fashion, four units composing a block. Several types of units were developed for each unit type.

A metal tube structure climbs along the side of the blocks. Gardens in trays of various sizes can be placed into the open structure as desired.
A staircase in the structure provides access to different levels of the gardens from the main circulation.
[5 & 6]
Structure, mechanical, electrical and plumbing services anchor down to the cellar.
The blocks are joined together to the desired massing.
